           2)  OR  WHEN HE TALKS WITH A PERSON INFERIOR TO HIM                             IN TERMS OF  KNOWLEDGE , POWER  AND  MONEY

The second one can be true, but the first one Anger cannot be.

Anger is a temporary madness, where a man loses his consciousness of self. Psychologically, one reacts unlike him/her in anger. If anger is his true colour, one will remain anger when he is alone or normal :)

So it is wise, not to judge anyone when he or she is angry. :)
