I am going to share with you , some of the Life Skill techniques which can help you in achieving great results in every area of life.

a)    Sandwich Technique: Sandwich looks as well as tastes yummy right! So is the technique. This technique is about how to communicate your thoughts. This technique says suppose if you have:

i.     Two good news and one bad news: Then prefer saying one good news first then bad news then end again with good news, it will slightly reduce the impact of bad news and good news in the beginning and in ending will have the positive impact on listener.

ii.  Two bad news and one good news: Then Prefer ending the conversation with good news so that listener feels light at the end because if you are saying bad news in the end, his mind will have a lasting effect of bad news whereas if you say good news in the last then good news will have a lasting effect.

iii.   One bad and one good news: Then follow the same technique as mentioned above.


To summarize, try to begin and end the conversation with GOOD NEWS J

 

b)    -5/+5 Technique:  What will you get if you add 5+ (5), “0”. Let’s relate it with our life skill. You speak 5 good sentences along with that you speak 2 bad sentences. What’s the end result, your negative sentences will reduce the effect of your positivity. And if you choose to speak negative sentence in a positive manner, then it will create a constructive and healthy environment.

  For E.g. You have oranges

  1.    +ve sentence: I could make you some fresh juice
  2.    -ve sentence: I could not make fresh juice for you.
  3.        +ve sentence even when you could not do something: I wish I could make some       orange juice for you.

 Let’s understand it mathematically in 5 possible situations:

Ideal perfect situation

So the conclusion is either of higher + or - attributes impacts your personality and takes you either to become more +ve or –ve person. So as an individual we should always try to increase our focus on +ve skills, so that our positivity overrules our negativity and we become better human beings.

So let your positive attributes dominate your negative attribute and make your personality +zoned personality, which in turns comes from or get boost by meditation, exercise, spirituality, connecting with positive people and surrounding.
