So is the technique. This technique is about how to communicate your thoughts. This technique says suppose if you have: i.       Two good news and one bad news : Then prefer saying one good news first then bad news then end again with good news, it will slightly reduce the impact of bad news and good news in the beginning and in ending will have the positive impact on listener. ii.    Two bad news and one good news : Then Prefer ending the conversation with good news so that listener feels light at the end because if you are saying bad news in the end, his mind will have a lasting effect of bad news whereas if you say good news in the last then good news will have a lasting effect. iii.     One bad and one good news : Then follow the same technique as mentioned
  Overdue and Out of Order   Overdue: An account is said to be overdue, if the amount due to bank is not paid by borrower within due date as specified by bank. For E.g.: Borrower has taken CC Facility amounting to INR 10 lacs from XYZ Bank, on which interest of 12% p.a. is charged which is to be paid on 7 th of next month. i.e. Interest of INR (10,00,000*12%)/ 12 = 10000 per month charged for the month January’22 is required to be paid on or before February 7, 2022 ( due date decided by bank ). And if it is not paid till February 7, 2022 then account will be treated as an overdue account. Out of Order: An account is said to be Out of order in two scenarios If outstanding (o/s) balance remains continuously in excess of sanctioned limits/Drawing power: For e.g. If a borrower has sanctioned limit of INR 10 lacs, but his o/s balance is 10.35 lacs because interest is not paid on time, then this account will be treated as “Out of Order”.   MSME As I work in finance industry, I thought of sharing and increase my knowledge in various sectors of Finance and its related fields. Hence to start with I come up with the idea to explore about MSME like what is MSME, what does it mean, what is the process of registering as an MSME, its benefit etc. So to begin with, let’s first understand, what is MSME? Full form of MSME is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise which is governed by MSME Act, 2006. MSME units are regulated by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, which is a branch of Government of India whose job is to formulate and administrate rules, regulations and laws related to MSME enterprises in India. Currently i.e. as on September’20, Mr Nitin Gadkari is the minister of MSME . In which category a business unit is as per revised definition which came into effect from July 1, 2020 depends upon two factors, one is Investment in plant and Machinery and another is turnover achieved by the entity in previous year

CONSUMER CIBIL REPORT As we know that one of the key parameters for any bank to evaluate a customer for the purpose of lending is CIBIL/ EXPERIAN/CRIF SCORE. Let us discuss about what is “CONSUMER CIBIL REPORT ”, how to read it and what information this report provides. CIBIL Report is generated on the basis of database maintained by CIBIL TRANSUNION Agency which gives information about an individual in terms of his borrowings like loan taken, loan start date, loan closure date, repayment tenure of the loan, whether there is any delay done in paying instalments (DPD’s), no of inquiries, nature of facility whether secured or unsecured, loan taken in individual or guarantor capacity and so on.
